United States Postal Service - Closed

I had a mail undeliverable due to insufficient address. Manager who answered my call was polite, considerate, and helped me locating the mail, holding the mail for days, and scanned delivery confirmation until it reflects on the Internet so I can get paid. And my buyer was happy that he received what he paid for. Such a nice lady for small low pay job!

Called and cannot get ahold of an agent the animated voice hangs up on me, says she understands I would Like to speak to an agent and then takes me to the main menu and hangs up called 12 times. a disgrace is what this is. An inconvenience is what this is. The absolute worst

What is happening at this location? We havent had mail delivery in five days? Informed Delivery shows a number of pieces of mail that hasnt reached us?! Where is our mail????

To save yourself time and frustration, just go to another Post Office. I have a list of my own personal issues with this office but the fact that they open at 8:00 a.m. and it's now 9:45 a.m. & it's 7 of us standing outside says it all!

Went today, frustrated because I'm having a hard time getting anyone on the phone. I finally made it to the post office and I see a sign saying to ring the bell, So I did. I can hear loud music and someone singing...I rang that bell like 5 times even knocked on the door and nothing...I literally had to drive to cottman to the post office over there to get a answer. Horrible customer service! Staff need to be on point!
