The infamous hat lady had a sign on the door closed 3:00PM-4:15PM for lunch hour. Its 4:30PM, no sign of her and the post office closes at 5PM not very helpful especially when her break time is cutting into mine

Hat lady needs to be dealt with out of respect for customers and for the safety of the work environment because she is a liability to USPS due to her behaviour. If you watch the news this is Philadelphia and the completely wrong neighborhood to provoke people unnecessarily and unprofessionally.

Went at about 11 am on a Friday. Door was closed and locked, others already waiting outside. No sign on door - apparently the infamous hat lady was on lunch. Took her like an hour to get back. Then she told me I had no idea what I was doing and I was wasting her time and potentially committing fraud when I tried to mail my international packages, packed and labelled exactly how I've always done it. She berated me for the labelling and told me to leave. I'll walk further to another Post Office in the future.
