        He chopped my puppy up. His haircut was uneven. There were missed spots. His cut didnt have any type of shape. I dont even think he bathed him before or after cutting him. On top of that, I noticed my dogs foot was bleeding when I got to the car. He cut his nails down too much and punctured a vein. Didnt even tell me. I shouldve been wary because there was a woman complaining that her dog had some blood spots under her leg when I first arrived. $104 for this service is unacceptable. I knew something was weird when he called me only an hr after I dropped my dog off and said he was ready for pick up.

      Hi 👋🏼 sorry you didn’t have it your way. But we aim to please every client and always give clients what they ask for. If you saw that a nail was bleeding when you got to your car, you could have bought him back and we would have easily stopped it…it’s very common. Seems you probably should try somewhere else to groom your dog. Seems like you’re looking for a daycare to keep him a few hours. we just specialize in grooming here at topdawg. And there was no charge for the matt’s that your puppy had. Again thank you for your feedback have a great day.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
