        When I called she asked me questions about my dog once I got there it’s a house no sign or anything! She comes to the door extremely rude everything she asked over the phone when I got there she said oh I said this and that which I never said because who doesn’t knowwhat type of dog they have. For her to tell me she wouldn’t groom my dog because it was her first cut you been doing this for a very long time cutting a dog for the first time shouldn’t be an issue but ok. It was rudeness and very unprofessional definitely would not recommend to anyone!
