Its very unprofessional there I work as a housekeeper people are rude nasty, everything is broke they dont have any money to get nothing fix.

My urine came back positive; I was put on isolation but received no medication nor treatment. I was not treated appropriately when I said I never received any treatment for this infection and my symptoms are getting worse. How devoted are you to care of the sick? I was made to feel like a bother when I asked several people about treatment for my UTI. God bless you all for your devotion to the sick. Did my insurance pay you???

My mom was a resident and although there is no perfect place the care given here was wonderful. I needed to remove my mother out of another facility and Tia and Su made it happen.. they were so proficient and thorough. They helped me with the process and had a room ready for her. Awesome care from her nurses to the aides and as well The wound team.. my mom had 4 stage 3 wounds from the previous facility on her feet and thanks to her wound nurse and doctor they are all healed!! As I said there is no perfect place but if I had to choose all over again it would be St. John Neumann! Thank you
