I think ivy hill murdered my sister she didnt even last 30 days there they are only concerned about the money at ivy hill if you have a family member that you love dont send them there they are killing people they dont care about are loved ones the social workers dont care about social services they only care about the money they dont even call you to tell you that your people has passed away . In loving memory of Sabrina Riggins.

Ivy Hill is a warm and inviting place to be. The residents and staff are treated like family. Today, we celebrated breast cancer awareness month! Look at how cute the pink themed goodies are!

What I thought was a okay facility turned in to a nightmare. On September 25, 2024 I received a call that my Uncle had passed. No answers were given and no concern was shown by the staff. I never received a phone call explaining anything. The sad thing for my family was we didnt even get to be with my uncle. When my aunts and I arrived that morning, we had to clean my uncle up. His legs were dangling from the bed and he had on a tight sweat shirt and no covers on him to give him any privacy. I had to go to the nursing desk several times. There were no available bed pads, we washed my uncle up ourselves, I had to ask for a bag for the dirty sheets and blanket. My uncle was having difficulty breathing and I had to go get the nurse. I advised several times I wanted my uncle to be sent to the ER. No oxygen was turned on to help ease his breathing. The nurse finally came in and took his pressure and placed the oxygen on. The sad part of it all is no one calling to explain anything to me. Not even the director. I wont speak badly of all the nurses because my uncle did have a few good nurses. The doctors do not communicate no matter how many times you ask to receive a call. Something really has to be done about caring for the elderly. We place our love ones in the trust of these faculties to trust that each will do the very best to take care of them. I suggest never to place your love one in this facility.

I encountered your receptionist with the red hair is afternoon. She is beyond ignorant and should not be working with the public especially in a skilled nursing home where visitors come in. She was so bothered because she had to let me in. She had her music playing and told me to hold on. She was mumbling under her breath the whole time I was signing in. When I had to leave she wasnt at the desk to let me out. Very poor representation of your facility. She has really poor customer service people skills and should not be working with the public!!! Fire her!!!!
