Paul's Run Retirement Community

We wanted our loved one to become a resident at Paul's Run,had an appt,the women was a half hour late,rude and could barely answer the questions we had. When we walked in the greeter was not very pleasant and the building was very dark. We were there 2 months ago and gave them all the information that was needed along with an application,never heard from them again. That being said if that's how they treat applicants how can they treat residents better especially with memory loss. How they have a four star review is beyond me,unless they are going on 50 years ago when the building was brand new. I WOULD NOT SEND A DYEING DOG THERE MUCH LESS A LOVED ONE

Every staff member at Pauls Run is helpful, friendly and eager to help. Pauls run is immaculate and dining services are wonderful! The availability of medical care is an added bonus for residents in independent living. The amount of activities is top knotch!!! Any issue is addressed immediately. Kudos to everyone at Pauls Run.

My mother is law was a resident at Pauls Run the last few months until she passed on May 21st. Our family was very pleased with all of the care she received, the staff were all kind and went above and beyond as much as possible. It was a difficult transition for Mom, moving from living independently to live in a PC apartment there but the staff did their best to make it as pleasant as possible for her. My mother was there for 3 weeks for rehab after a fall and it was mostly good. They run a pretty tight ship. The CNAs were great. The food not so good. The therapists were mostly good. My biggest concern was lack of communication. Several phone calls to CM and PT were not returned.
