I dont know why theres so many bad reviews. Every time I go here the staff is hilarious and Im in and out super fast.

Had to get a titer here. Was in and out in 10 minutes - they were quick, professional and efficient.

I called in advance several times to ask whether there was parking available, and no one ever answered the phone. (Turns out there is no parking available; there is a paid lot near the building. There is very limited street parking within two blocks, blocked for Convention Center events.) There is a sign on the check-in window that says "We are helping other patients" which appeared to be permanent, though I was the only patient in the office when I arrived. The person at the desk did not say hello and only said "check in at the kiosk" when I walked up to the window. At no point during my entire visit did anyone say hello to me. I waited nearly 10 minutes to be seen despite being the only patient - not only in the waiting room, but in the entire office - and having an appointment. There are several signs around the office saying "take our survey" (and rate us highly); I'd love to take their survey and indicate my dissatisfaction but did not see any information about where to find it.
