Majority of staff are NPC's and have no idea where anything is, and seldom speak English.

They didn't have the dolly I wanted to rent and the one they did have said there was something wrong with it and they didn't have any others

Stays pretty well stocked. Cashiers were willing to be helpful at self checkout. Went for lawn and garden and a few items I was guided to by store employees gladly.

Customer service is excellent and the quality of the furniture is the best. My mother and I was treated with respect. I would recommend them to everyone.

I purchased a fabulous oriental rug from Roy. My experience was flawless. The rug is gorgeous and is my favorite part of my living room.

L&A made it very easy to pick but the whole experience was great from picking ,paying off to the drop off n set up highly recommend.
