        I live in Richmond, Virginia. I ordered a Muuto Outline sofa through Millesime. The communication (all through email) was friendly and prompt. The price was good. The order took a long time to arrive, but it was during the pandemic, and I'm sure this was not their fault.

        I really appreciated all the time Jodee spent showing me all the USM pieces (standard and custom) and offering me the USM color samples so that I could match to my home dcor. And - it was one of the few times that my better half enjoyed looking around as much as I did! He's not into interior design the way I am - but (as an engineer/physicist) he really got into the great engineering of the USM Haller pieces - as well as one of the lights near the front of the store. He also was really into the openness/ambience of the store . We both enjoyed looking around at other furniture and home accessory lines, too (including kitchen design :). Millesime is a fantastic Philadelphia resource!

        Great experience ordering a sofa with Millesime. I shared photos of my living space, and they sent over a number of different fabric samples and combinations. The fabrics and colors I ended up with feel like they were made for my room. They would send regular and unsolicited updates about the progress of the manufacture and estimated wait; which was a pleasant surprise given my experience with some other area furniture dealers.
