I lived in this place for 4 months, renting a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. I will list points that can help you decide to live for a long time. Positives : * The location is very close to the City Center and 10 minutes away from the Fashion District Mall * There are nearby services such as a pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurants just steps away from Broad Street * The building has excellent security, access through numbers, and also surveillance cameras * There is reception assistance until late and 24-hour assistance via the application * Most of the employees have high morals and are cooperative * Although in the first two months I was buying coffee, bathroom and kitchen towels, and laundry soap, after two months I learned that they were available for free (no one ever told me that) * The size of the rooms is appropriate and the apartment contains services * There is a simple gym room that contains weights, a chair, and a running belt Negatives: *Light enters the room through the curtains because the window is the size of the wall, making it uncomfortable to sleep * The additional bedroom is where you can hear the voices and words of the neighboring apartment, as the bedroom wall is the hall wall of the adjacent apartment, and the separator is made of gypsum board and everything that is said is heard and it is very annoying to have sound while sleeping. * Small and medium-sized cockroaches appeared in the kitchen around the oven, water kettle and coffee machine. The place was sprayed with pesticides and they disappeared for two weeks and the small sizes returned again. * There is no weekly cleaning and you are responsible for cleaning or laundry. There is no vacuum cleaner in the apartment, but it can be requested. The vacuum that is provided is similar to a hand vacuum and not a broom for cleaning dirt. * Road sounds are very clear and there is no isolation from them and they can be heard all the time According to my experience, the longer the reservation is made, the cheaper the price is with the discount. Reservations in the building are active and desirable for short periods. If staying for more than two months, it is preferable to stay away from this place and consider renting a separate external apartment.

A very suitable place for small families Rooms: The rooms are beautiful, but the windows allow cold air to enter even though they are tightly closed Nearby activities: Very close to the city center, entertainment and historical places, commercial centers and food stores Safety: Safety is very good Walkability: Clean

Great accommodation. Gives you a real experience of Philly city life. Spotlessly clean. Staff were exceptionally accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if we ever returned to Philly.
