        Obviously Rite Aid has problems but the pharmacy and store staff are nice. Ive filled prescriptions by phone and they did answer on the occasions I had to call. The lines are sometimes a bit long but overall its ok and certainly better than CVS

        Worst pharmacy ever. They never, ever pick up their phone. No joke. Ive tried over and over againat different timeseven the doctors line. I understand being under staffed, but its borderline negligent. They clearly dont care about the health of their customers

        I came here to leave a review about how god awful the pharmacy is and then I saw all the other reviews about the pharmacy and felt better I wasnt alone. I have called corporate at least TWICE about how this pharmacy doesnt answer the phone whatsoever and they did absolutely nothing. This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever encountered. The pharmacists are rude, burned out and dont care. Its no wonder the company is shutting stores down all over and dealing with bankruptcy. I know that if I need a prescription refilled that I need to plan up to 1-2 weeks in advance because I have to go in person to request it. Its exhausting and causes anxiety! To whoever is responding to these comments, unless youre giving me a direct line or telling me youve fixed the issue with this specific store then dont bother commenting back. Just know your inability to address a flood of consistent customer complaints over the last couple months shows and its NO WAY to do business.
