Dean's Computer Networks exemplifies the kind of small business we need to support and preserve. I'm so grateful for the prompt and reasonable service I received. My personal laptop battery wore out and I ordered a new one, but couldn't even get the back cover off of the laptop and stripped the tiny star screw in the process. After many phone calls and a few levels of referrals, I was directed here. In a quick turn around, Dean replaced the battery, installed a new screw in the back cover and made sure the computer was charging. I would had to make an appointment and wait a week or more if I'd taken it to one of chains, where I couldn't even get a person on the phone. You may have to call Dean's shop a couple times, and call first to make sure someone's available first, but it's worth it. While I was taking in and picking up my computer, other customers were bringing in all manner of items for checking and fixing, from blue ray disks to other computer parts, etc. He clearly has a solid local following, well deserved.
