Spoke to the same person at least twice setting a time and place to meet. I was told to text my address and my computer problems. Never showed up at my house on the first meet. Called and Sharach, same person I spoke to before said he never received the text. miscommunication over one digit of his cell #. Tried again the next day and still a no-show. Not even a call to let me know he was too busy or whatever. Left a message and still no return call. Don't bother with this company. Something is very very fishy.

Had my computer done there not too long ago and was told to pick up 1 day, then was told 4 different times to pick it up, then saw was over charged by about 100% more then other places. Since I got it back 2 diff other places have showed me what prices should be. Rip off and takes advantage if your not aware of what prices should be. Very bad business person. I don’t recommend at all.

Sharack went above and beyond for me with my computer and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Couldn’t ask for a nicer more professional person than him and I’d highly recommend
