I dropped my phone on 3/18 & the screen appeared broken and called PPR. Was advised of the price and the need to pay 50% down, which I did via payment request. Upon confirmation of payment, Mack told me that the screen would be there the next day after 1pm. Upon arrival, I learned my screen wasnt cracked but the screen protector was so Alex stated for me to contact Mack for refund the following day, which I did. I called & spoke to Mack around midday & he advised he would issue a refund but didnt. I called back around 6pm the same day & he stated, if you knew the day I had, you would understand why I didnt do it today. Ill do it tomorrow. This was absurd. Who cares the type of day you had??? This is an establishment open for business and it takes 2 seconds to refund payment via PayPal. Of course, the next day he hadnt issued the refund so I called around 5:30pm, he stated, I forgot. Thank you for reminding me. and could I send him a request for reimbursement. I exclaimed, no, I dont need to send you a request. Just reimburse the money via PayPal, the original mode of payment. I will NEVER do business here. This guy is dishonest & tried every delay tactic to prohibit me for obtaining a reimbursement. This just rings of seedy & duplicitous business practices.
