        Would give them zero if I could. They made us endorse our treasury paper bonds and wrote their banks details on them before realizing they cant cash these bonds for us. They seem to be unaware of their own rules and regulations and not willing to own up to their mistakes. Not a helpful bank when things go south. (This was for PNC bank 1801 Market st, Philadelphia).

        Came here to close my dead mother's account and they said that because I prefilled a form out that was notarized they did not want to accept. Unfortunately a big waste of my time after my appointment started 30 minutes late.

        This branch is generally where I do any in person banking, mostly deposits, withdrawals and such. Every time I go the tellers are so friendly and helpful and chat a bit. Puts a smile on my face when to see cheery employees!
