        I just spent time with the wonderful Bin Wu and manager Maria Gallo sorting out issues for my new checking account and debit card. I'd had trouble from home and Bin was amazingly patient, smart, profession and thorough in helping me log in and make setting changes. Maria as well was kind and professional. Makes this banking change so much easier and I really appreciate it.

        The teller Bin/Maria discriminated against me. When I was making a deposit, my check was rejected for various unfair reasons. I have never heard that a check can be rejected if it is rewritten with clear numbers.

        Omg one teller, line is out the door and a lady goes to the counter to deposit a bag of cash. Literally thousands of dollars that all have ti be counted. Hire more people and this sort of thing should need t9 be scheduled for the safety of your employees as well as the others in the bank waiting for more than a half hour to do a simple deposit. Ridiculous. Worst service I've EVER experienced.

        I am very happy with Bank of Americas service. The best service I had with Mr Scott. Helped me when opening a new account. I was greeted by 2 customer service and he was very professional and polite and quickly.
