Have not had anywhere near good service at this branch. Every other citizens I go to in the area; Glenside, Flourtown, are very friendly. Then you come here and I’m sure this is not Citizens idea of customer service. My grandmother came in this branch the other day to get quarters she asked the teller for 2 rolls. The teller responded “ we don’t have anyâ€. My grandmother proceeded to ask why when she goes to other branches it’s no problem getting them but this branch never has them. Another teller that was not even apart of the conversation! yelled from another window with attitude! “ Like she said we don’t have any quarters! Don’t you know there’s a coin shortageâ€. My grandmom just left and will not come back to this location. First, there is no reason for you to yell at any customer that you are not even dealing with may I add, especially if they are not yelling at you or getting loud. This branch could really really use a revamp on customer service!

They have great service, they are very reliable. If you don’t understand any of the documents that they are giving to you, they are gladly to sit down and help you understand it step-by-step.

You can see that the positive reviews are years old. The present state of this branch is much different today. The service is terrible: the one person at the customer service desk preemptively deflected all inquiries by disclosing that she had just started and could not help anyone. Fine. Upon visit to the one other person available (a teller), I encountered such poor listening and such unprovoked rudeness, within just 90-seconds, that I will not return and would advise anyone to accordingly. You're better off with an ATM, which will consider your input (so there is no misunderstanding about your inquiry); will deliver a clear answer to the inquiry; and will not be condescending during the exchange.
