Horrible service, we were told there would be a wait until someone could help us ~20 minutes, ok no problem we'll wait patiently. 40 minutes later a banker comes out and says "oh whoops I forgot I had an appointment can't help you today want to schedule to come back?" You couldn't double check that before you wasted our time?

Great Bank. Great location. Very friendly staff. Banker Joseph Fossati was wonderful, helpful and extremely knowledgeable and made for a seamless visit

I stopped by this branch after having a disappointing experience at a another location GIL and KIM listened to my needs and were quick to think of creative solutions. Kim went above and beyond and performed her tasks very quick, she even thought of plan b incase the first course of action didn't work. She reached out to other employees to make it happen. I am very pleased and it was such a different experience. Kim is a creative and diligent asset for this bank.
