I received settlement checks and Fulton bank gave me NOTHING but issues. They claim they cant cash anything over $5,000. They wouldnt even cash a $3,700 check. Then we called back about a bigger check and they claim they dont have that much at their small town branch. We only order money on Fridays. BS. Our attorneys bank with them and the money is accounted for. And last time I checked they were in the city of Philadelphia. A check cashing place will do it though because they keep $250,000 in their establishment at all times. Hmmmmm. Just another excuse to not help out the middle and lower class people when we receive checks bigger than normal.

I have never written a review before but I cannot believe how this branch has gone about my new debit card. I have been waiting almost 2 months for a new debit card - they claimed they shipped it to my apartment and it never showed. I called again and they claimed they shipped it to the branch for me to pick up so there weren't any issues. I called and walked to the branch multiple times and nothing. I finally called again after 3 weeks and the representative on the phone said there was never a card ordered to the branch. This is absolutely ridiculous. My family has been using Fulton Bank for 45 years and have never dealt with anything like this. I am switching banks after this because I cannot believe the way this branch has gone about this entire situation.
