        I was told I had to come back to get quarters because the teller didnt have any, but the employee who did was on lunch for one hour. I dont have time other than my lunch break to come and get quarters, this is unacceptable. I can understand if the branch is completely out, but if you have the quarters, they should be available for PNC customers during all business hours. I will be continuing my primary services with Chase bank and will likely close this account.

        Horrible customer service. I have been a PNC customer for over 20 years. It is definitely time for me to find another bank. This branch is the worst, but the service at others is not much better. There is an attitude that they are doing you a favor. I have never seen anything like it. To be honest I feel there is a climate of not enough good qualified workers and these companies take what they can get. The employees know nothing will happen to them. It is a state of the climate right now everywhere. Very sad, no one cares.
