"Anthony Butcher who appears to be the Assistant Store Manager, would greatly benefit from customer service training, particularly in using inclusive language. It's puzzling to see pride flags displayed throughout the establishment when the person addressing you insists on using 'Sir,' despite my clear indication otherwise on two occasions. This individual seems closed-minded and could greatly benefit from education on embracing diverse cultures and backgrounds, especially in a city known for its inclusivity. Despite being a customer since 2019, I've never encountered such treatment at any other bank or establishment."

Oh my, where do I start? I went there to do some business after going to the one closer to me and being told the person I needed was not available. They suggested the one at 121 South Broad. I took Septa and got there on a Saturday with a lot of time to spare. I'm sitting there for 10 minutes and the Customer Service woman comes over and Rudely tells us that she has someone with a serious problem and won't get to us by closing time. If she wasn't RUDE then I don't know who is. She talked down on us and was very patronizing. She obviously forgot who pays her. I deal with people also. I've been dealing with people since I was a kid. I could point out about 5 things she did wrong starting with THE MANNER IN WHICH WE WERE APPROACHED. She should NOT be dealing with people. Stick her in a room with machines. I'm sure she'd be much happier. It was awful and if she could've thrown us out physically, bet she would.
