I am not really giving a review of this location but have visited this location before and had no issues however online banking has been a problem, I am in New Zealand and have been here for over a month and was only able to view my account online once or twice which is unacceptable

It took them two months to close out a safe deposit box. I received contradictory information. Terrible customer service. Do not bank here.

My card was blocked for some unapparent reason, The teller Angeles did a wonderful job in helping me reset my password as well as his co worker,Ann Everything was professional as well as pleasant transaction. Most definitely will be coming back to this location 1616 Great job. Thanks,guys

I came in there as a walk in, they directed me to a guy named andrew & he thought i was somebody who he already was waiting on. i told him i dont have a appointment he said its fine & asked me what did i come in for, i told him but he started to act weird & was being very curious about my life & what i do & where i live.. he asked for my id & i gave it to him & then he asked how much was i putting in my account today, so basically he was just asking unnecessary stuff when he wasnt even about to open an account for me at the moment then he proceeds to ask me if i can come back another day because he has someone else when he told me to come into his office anyway. moral of the story i didnt like his attitude & it was weird & made me uncomfortable i told him im going to go to another location
