Poor service. My account overdrafted for $10( for a replacement card) and I received over (9) $6 fees within 8 days. Fulton bank's main number or supervisor tried to call the branch but was unsuccessful. I called the branch for over two weeks and the same representative stated "they were too busy" to process my request. I look forward to closing my account.

My wife and myself went in today too open a savings account the service was horrible. First off we explained my wife had a security alert on her s.s.n. and they said they look into it. After waiting a short time they told us the same thing we told them. As we was waiting the c.s.r. rep was supposed too be getting a phone number too call too see what was going on, but she was ordering chicken wings for lunch and doing her job. The first time we went we delt with Melissa and she was great and awesome.

Customer Service could be a lot better. Go to the Fulton on 2700 girard avenue, much better experience and more coherent bankers.

I recently lost my wallet with my account number and debit card inside. I immediately went to this location and was greeted by the very helpful teller Jessica Manning. Jessica reassured me that everything was going to be ok and worked diligently to close my current account and help me open up a new one. Jessica made the whole process very easy and even called to check up on me a week later to ensure my new debit card was working fine and that everything was ok with my new account as well. I was very impressed with the way she handled the entire situation. If only there were more people like her! Very happy with my experience at this branch!
