Pastorius Court Apartments

Worst landlord/maintenance imaginable. No one responds to calls or emails. My apartment has been for over a week at a time without heat, and even longer without hot water. The walls are cracking and the ceilings dropping plaster. The trash is collected once a week and cascades all over the back alley. At night there are rats, possums and feral cats there. Please save yourself heartache and steer clear.

I am not sure if people look and search for reviews on properties any more I wish I did before I moved in this dump I could write a book on this place about how horrible it is but just trust me when I say don't move here !

These are old apartments, but they are nice. I love the space and location. They are very close to a bus stop and upsal train station. This is a friendly neighborhood. I wouldnt recommend living here unless you dont mind living with rodents! I have killed 5 rats in the past month. As many others have stated, maintenance is not that great either.

Lived there back in the 80's...wasn't a bad look for a first apartment, except for the nightly car break-ins. Was pretty comforable.
