    In early 2020, during the pandemic, I quickly bought a townhouse from The HOW Group. This was after it became clear another local developer could not deadlines, not for weeks or months, but for longer periods, leaving me without a home. HOW's wide range of services, seamless coordination among its real estate sales team, Project Development Manager, On-site Project Managers, and Director of Operations enabled me to close in just 13 days while my belongings were in storage. Their ability to accommodate various interior requests before closing reflects their dedication to delivering a smooth and efficient process for clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the housing developer's focus on detail and aesthetic appeal is highly commendable. HOW's support has extended far beyond the initial purchase process, and I have found their expertise to be instrumental in maintaining the quality and craftsmanship of my home. Their availability to offer suggestions for ongoing maintenance has been invaluable, providing reassurance and peace of mind for the long-term care of my property.     Im tired of the lack of responsiveness or care for their residents. This is the third time I have had a package stolen from my building lobby and management continues to ignore my calls/emails nor deal with the packages being stolen. They say theres nothing we can do about this, yet they have cameras in every corner of the building. Time to hold people accountable or even just come up with a better way to organize mail and packages at 1002 N 2nd street. There are plenty of solutions and better ways to communicate with residents than this. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

    While I love my apartment for its space, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, I will say that this management group is not easy to work with at all. Their communication is poor with their tenants, and even their own colleagues. Every time I called them, I was lucky if someone even picked up the phone. There was constant confusion within the year that I lived here, and many arguments about issues that should've been easily resolved. In addition, two of my roommates had their packages stolen on multiple occasions and management did very little to nothing to resolve this. In fact, their security personnel informed us that they are not properly "trained" to replay security footage, and after we asked them to point us to someone who could help, we received no support. I do not recommend renting from this group at all, and the only reason I will give them 2 stars is because I appreciate the quality of my unit.

    The property: the residence at 219 The Realtor: Ari Moved in: first week of December 2023 I want to start by saying my realtor was great. He responded within a reasonable time frame, moved as fast as I wanted with the process, he was professional and friendly, and he seemed to care about the property and how its cared for. I would be anxious and think I missed a step and text him to remind me the next step and he didn't seem to mind having to repeat himself. After I moved in I got the previous tenants mail, Ari was great with communication on what I should do with it. He didn't have to respond. I'm confident it's not his job once he's sold me the place but he still helps guide me when I forget. He's been been great . I recommend him to all my friends moving to the area. I think the maintenance gentlemen Will is a great. He does everything he can to fix a problem. I know most folks will be bothered by not getting more than an hour notice that he will be fixing the issue but I think those people need to appreciate that something is getting done about it. Ive had issues with Too many apartments where maintenance might not even be working that day. I understood my issues were also minor and don't need to asap but they were. My issues were addressed withing 3 days. I was given a call an hour in advance and he wore things over his shoes while in my house. He was polite and efficient. There are poop stations with poop bags and a trash cans all around the property and they are refilled frequently so us dog owners always have access to poop bags and I appreciate that. I'll update after summer starts.
