The Atlantic

Ive been a resident at The Atlantic Apartments for four years now, and unfortunately, Ive witnessed a steady decline in the quality of management. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, the property manager has failed to respond to my emails, leaving many of my concerns unaddressed. Additionally, the upkeep of amenities has significantly deteriorated; the hot tub, for example, is frequently out of service or not properly heated. Based on my experience, I suggest prospective renters consider other options to ensure they get the best value and living experience

Beware. I have been here since it opened. Overally loved it the first few years, but property management has changed at least once a year, sometimes twice, some twice thrice a year since. Angela, Yann, Felicia, Rayna, and now Yvette, who appears to be VP of the company and is just plain nassssty, like she owns it. Given so much turnover in literally the past 6 months (three new managers) I'd think twice about this building, especially with new competition opening down the street & Equinox opening up this year at 1909 Rittenhouse. Living at the Atlantic is like a 5-star hotel, high-end condo, and top/notch spa experience 24/7. I lived in "luxury" rentals in nyc for 10+ years and nothing compares to The Atlantic. Rooftop pool x hot tub x sauna/steam/hydro literally always working 365 days/year. No rules, excellent front desk and doormen. Ramzi, Jabbar, and new manager Reina are classy and competent x 100. Sad to move back, but this was a wonderful 18mo that my company let me WFH in Philly, before back to nyc I go. Can't thank you all enough! Recommend 1000%
