Sosuite at French Quarters - Rittenhouse Square

Comfortable suite right next to Rittenhouse Square with great access to shops and restaurants. Would stay there again! Rooms: Clean and modern bedroom, bath, and kitchen in the apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and appliances. Walkability: Hard to beat the walkability of the location. Tons of nearby restaurants and shops plus excellent access to public transit. Food & drinks: The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, cafes, and bars.

Great central location located walking distance to popular spots, and even the airport rail. Small kitchen area stocked with basic cooking utensils, and computer monitor and small desk included. Washer and dryer in suite were extremely helpful. There is no reception or lobby, but their customer support is amazing. My phone had died, and I didn't write down my code to get in. I was able to call and someone answered right away, and got everything sorted out of us. It was a huge relief as we had gotten to the city late at night. Would definitely stay here again.

My first stay was earlier this year, and it was great. I was excited for my second stay. Upon arriving for my second stay at the beginning of summer, a lounge/bar moved in directly below the room I booked. The noise and the vibrations made it impossible to sleep. DO NOT BOOK #102, THE "SPACIOUS 1BR UNIT ON RITTENHOUSE SQUARE." AVOID THIS PROPERTY UNTIL THE SOUND ISSUE IS RESOLVED! I learned that other guests in the building had also complained about the noise, and said it's out of their control. It's really too bad, because otherwise the property was great.

Loved this place! Location was perfect next to shops and restaurants. Simon was very attentive and responded promptly. I highly recommend this place. This should be your next place to stay, youll definitely enjoy it! Walkability: You are walking distance from parks. Museums and Universities. Food & drinks: There are many restaurants walking distance. There is actually right next door steps away.

Juliette suite. 1704 Walnut #302 Pros: Excellent room. Great view. Perfect location. Excellent value for what you get. Cons: coffee maker not working. But there is a great coffee shop across the street. Immediately throw away the 2 thermostats. Im extremely mechanically inclined but for the life of me could not figure these out. Very frustrating. Requested and they confirmed (twice) a 1:30 late check out. Confirmed the night before leaving. I left the room around 12:00 the day of check out. Returned 20 minutes later and was locked out. They cancelled my entry code. Called. No answer. Texted and they said check out was 11:00. Texted them again my confirmed 1:30 check out. I was locked out for 10 minutes before they Re-activated my entry code. Totally unacceptable. All this said, I would most certainly stay there again. Had a great time.
