I have had the pleasure of working with Renita at 1919 Market. She works at the lobby desk, and I must say that she exceeded my expectations in every way. She helped me coordinate the self-guided tour up to providing assistance with accessing the unit when I had an issue with the fob. Her attention to my goals go beyond, professionalism, and warmth. Thanks to her I'm confident in leaving my daughter as resident. She went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter will feel welcome and taken care of. I witnessed her assisting an elderly resident in getting the transportation she needed with calm and patience. I can't imagine living anywhere else with such an incredible person team!"

I lived at Market street for a short period of time but had a great experience. The staff were friendly, facilities great and a very good service all round. Sad to say goodbye.

I have never had a more amazingly helpful, kind, and patient leasing manager than Khadijah. She truly gave me and my parents the best experience when touring 1919 Market. We came to the building twice and Khadijah was so professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Khadijah continuously helped us in finding the best unit for the best price for us and showed us all the possible available options. She even assisted us through the application process. Although the tours are self guided, we got all of our questions answered by Khadijah, who was on site every time we called and visited the apartment building. We also received plenty of help from Renita, the front desk attendant. She was very friendly and helped us with accessing the units when we needed it. Renita always had a smile on her face and was of great assistance. I would definitely recommend this building as having such a professional behind the front desk makes me feel very safe living in the building. Besides its amazing amenities and unit layouts, the great leasing office and front desk assistance is definitely a strong selling point.
