        Cons: Every word on the website is a lie. There is no additional storage. Nothing in the units is new, updated, or renovated. The leasing office doesn't care about anything after you sign the lease, especially Ashley, who doesn't know anything. You hear every sound from every adjoining unit. People are constantly slamming doors. They want you to pay rent online, but then you are charged an additional fee of almost $4.00 a month. You need an app to use the washer & dryer, but maintenance and the leasing office don't know how to use the app. They limit the heat to 72 degrees and tell you to use space heaters. Pros: Good quality windows

        Dan is a great maintenance man and needs to be cloned! I'm always taken care of in a timely and professional manner for the many years that I have lived here. Always a job well done and he is appreciated.

        I needed a repair done on my bathtub shower handle. I called to setup a Service call on Saturday and Monday morning Dan the service maintenance man came to fix the bathtub handle in a timely manner. Dan is a great maintenance man the fountain garden apartments.
