I honestly can not say enough great things about not only the building, but the management behind it. Usually you just see the negative being posted, but no one wants to share the positive. Michele, Sage, Chris from management, and all of the desk workers are an absolute pleasure. They will go above and beyond to help you, and make your living experience a positive one. I have been with PMC for 3 years now, and I would highly recommend to anyone. Michele - the property manager is an absolute joy. She is always willing to help, assist, and put in the effort to reduce any worry at all. Riverwalk is a beautiful building, in a beautiful part of the city. I would recommend living here to anyone.

Let me start off on a positive note and just say this apartment complex is absolutely beautiful. The amenities are great and the apartments are very nice. My issue is with lack of communication within the property management. Since the day I moved in I've had issues with my door not locking or shutting all of the way. I have been reaching out to Michele the property manager regarding this issue and have been ignored. I decided to walk into the leasing office after I had multiple emails ignored and expressed my safety concern living in my apartment with no lock. She laughed at me and said somebody would be up to my apartment to deal with the issue. When maintenance came up they also laughed saying the entire door needs to be replaced. It's been over a month and I am still waiting to find out a date that my door will be replaced so I can fully close and lock it so I can feel safe in my apartment. I find it very disappointing that management doesn't care about safety concerns. I have lived in many apartment complexes and have never dealt with a situation where management didn't immediately fix an issue if there's an emergency. No resident should have to pull teeth to get a simple issue fixed, especially when it's a safety issue. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone.

This is being written by a frustrated, disappointed tenant at Riverwalk: Management is worth 99% of the 1 star review. They do not care AT ALL about the tenants. Fire alarms go off all the time, waking you up at 4am and 5am in the same night. There is never a follow up email from management. IF management decides to pay any attention to the alarms, they will dismiss the issue and place 100% of the blame of tenants. Tenants have been forced to ignore the fire alarms due to the frequency of them, and it's only a matter of time until there is a real one and everyone burns because management chooses to continue ignore the issues. Management, does it not concern you that a tragic fire just occurred in our community that took tons of lives? Do you not think that this could happen in an even larger building with endless faulty fire alarms? Walls are paper thin. I hear my neighbors sneeze, cough, their phone alarms, silverware when emptying the dishwasher, dropping the toilet seat to close it... anything you can think of, you'll hear it. It's clear that costs were cut to save here when building this "brand new luxury building". The trash rooms are virtually useless. They pile up with loads of garbage which are absolute health violations. I can only imagine what other types of mold, bacteria, and rodents will develop in this situation. Management also lied to the tenants about when amenities would be complete. The pool was supposed to open in May 2021... it opened in July 2021. During the time in July, you barely wanted to use the pool because there were tons of construction workers surrounding you at all times. It pains me to write this review as I was hoping things would get better as the building became more complete, but it seems that there are just more issues after issues. PMC - how about you stop rushing the completion of the other building and care about your current tenants? Maybe fix the issues in this building before you have two large buildings full of unsatisfied tenants.

So sad bcs this place looks beautiful from the outside but its falling apart before its even put together. In my first month, things fell apart. Door handles, cabinets, shelves. The apartment has paper thin walls, there are slight cracks that were never sealed where you can see into your neighbors apartments you can hear every conversation very clearly. Not to mention the ceiling not fully closed fiber glass insulation is exposed. and not fully closed off by the windows. Floor is not level, the flooring was installed incorrectly and already lifting. When these things are addressed with management youll receive a notice that someone will come by to check it out and then shortly after the maintenance ticket is closed as complete no actual follow up and nothing has been done. The paint is cheap and comes off with one wipe. Leasing misrepresented the readiness of the building - lied - and indicated that the property would be done prior to moving in and it will not be done at least for another year. Most amenities listed are not in order and the site is very misleading. No spin, no yoga room, no peletons as originally advertised, rooftop looks horrible, the patio furniture has barely been used and looks like trash there are three mini grills that are clearly broken and havent been used.. cannot use due to construction..construction is very loud, elevators are often out of order and use for construction only, building is often dirty, trash is always over flowing, rodent issues in building. I am just being honest and saving others cash wait at least another year to lease when the property is actually complete and management gets it together or look else where For the price you pay its not worth it. Leasing is doing there job by making everything sound great but its a liethe reviews will tell you all The biggest perk is having the giant and the location. Fire alarms go off daily-and last for hours if you need peace or work from home this is not the place to be.
