        New management is exceptional! Would highly recommend. No difficulty with getting my security deposit back. Building is very close to Penn Presby and supermarkets. Ideal for students and young professionals. Staff is very accommodating and responsive. Great place for international students to make friends and get a sense of community.

        I originally posted a 5 star review but that was simply because I was asked to. The truth is, this place is not worth your money. The apartment was too small for 4 people to live in and there was never enough room for all of all of our belongings in the fridge or cabinets. The walls were so thin that you could hear your roommates and your neighbors clearly, and they could definitely hear you too. Lastly, you'll have to fight to get your security deposit back, which I never even received the full amount. Overall, you'll regret living there once you move in. If you can, I highly advise you to move somewhere else. UCity Flats fka Good Food Flats is not worth it.

        Never live there. Place is a dump and the management will never be there to help with anything. Especially when it comes to returning security deposits or needing any repairs. Truly just save yourself the hassle
