Update: Maintenance gets an A for effort. Some items that were addressed could look better but atleast they did the job. Thank you. Christopher has been very GREAT with communication so I appreciate that from him. There is still room for improvement here and I think this community should consider this. 3 Weeks ago: Sad to say but I have had the worst experience living here. I just moved in Jan and have had issues since. From my tub being chipped and paint just being threw over the chipped paint, to rusted heaters , rusty garbage disposal, rusty appliances and mold in the AC vents. This apartment was not live in ready and I still have to pay rent here. Little to no work has been done in here for a new resident to live here. The leasing office told me I can not get my tub reglazed and they will just paint over the chipped paint in my tub. Its look as though who ever lived here before me did wear and tear and now I have to live with it. This is terrible and watch I still have to pay rent for this month with little to nothing being fixed in this unit. I really dislike this and dont feel comfortable at all. I have had to have maintenance in here various times for water issues. Its just so many problems in this unit that have to be addressed and I have been told that this is a dated apartment so I basically should deal with it. It shouldnt be this many issue in apartment and I only been here for two months now.
