Parker Avenue Apartments

Parker Ave is by far the most chill place Ive ever lived. The folks in the building keep mostly to themselves, but are friendly in passing. Other than the occasional boisterous, playful kid noises, its a fairly quiet complex to live in. Management has been so great to work with; all of my concerns and needs were addressed well within 24hrs of bringing them to their attention, and they were very flexible in terms of scheduling service crews around my availability. The gentleman they currently have as the building super is such a friendly, helpful guy and our limited interactions have always been pleasant. Parker Ave has fantastic behind-the-scenes staff, truly. The apartment itself was perfect for my needs and all of the updates made to the units were marked improvements from the photos I was shown during my initial tour. I have no complaints about my unit at all; the price point was more than fair for the size and amenities of the unitfor once I didnt feel like I was being ripped off rent-wise. Theres plenty of parking on the side streets around the building, and I will mention that the lot, while permit parking only, is often occupied by vehicles that do not have permits (especially on weekends when folks are having people over.) Thats honestly my one tiny, pedantic pet peeve about this place; other than that, it has been wonderful to live here!

If you love neighbors that leave their animals outside on the porch in the blazing sun, and throw trash out the window, than this is the place for you!
