The Ridge Apartments

The leasing agent is the worst human to have ever disgraced this building. Ive lived here for 6 years and she is by far the worst. She will stalk you in the parking lot and hallways. She will speak rudely to you and slam the office door in your face when you go to pick up packages. Disgusting person. Shame on Galman for having this person in their office.

I would stay away from this place. They falsely listed that an apartment was available and confirmed that it was available. Once we applied, paid application fees and the holding deposit, we were notified that it wouldn't be available for another month. We politely asked that they give us a full refund since they posted false information on multiple websites. They refuse to return some of the money. Be careful, confirm everything, but even then they might still steal your money in the end like they did to us. We would have never applied if we knew the actual availability date. Very unfortunate that businesses are being this deceitful. Tamika even confirmed below in the picture that she is responsible for the mistake but they still won't refund our money. Very unscrupulous business. Will be contacting BBB next.

They spray paint the molded tiles in the hallway so they dont have to replace them, its an entire family that runs the building so everyone is bias and theres never anyone else to speak with. They dont return phone calls. They havent replaced the filters in any of the wall units since Ive been here and from what I know they are supposed to be changed at least once a year. The pipes in the walls cant ever be fixed just temporary patched everything is too tight in the walls to get all of it. There have been animals in the ceiling tiles hence the mold or pee?! If you live here dont ever need anything. You wont get any help. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. They originally just painted over the mold. This is what happened shortly after.
