AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Awful application experience, they never answered the phone and dont care about your experience once they have your money. If the leasing office cant answer the phone a single time despite having multiple people in office, doing nothing, ask yourself how they will treat you once you are actually renting from them and locked into a contract. -AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Nice place to live, but management will not return phone calls no matter what. Had to take time off from work every time I had an issue. They will not call you or email you back unless you are new and haven't signed a lease. After that, good luck getting someone on the phone. Amenities are great, but you must pay $15 daily for each guest you have when the sauna hasn't even worked since I moved in. (1.5 yrs). Want to use a cabanas? Residents must pay $100 per day to use them. Noticed no one rented or used the cabanas last summer, no one!. Parking is a mess, and daily, people without handicap permit park in those designated areas, and nothing happens, and mgmnt will not add more handicap spaces in the back of building where there is a ramp and no stairs. They have a huge turnover on the leasing/management team not to mention their concierges that are contracted by a 3rd party, everyone that I raised my concerns to in the management team, appologized and said the same , that they will always reach back to me with any future issues, but that never happened. I am moving out to a center city luxury building for the same price that includes parking and about the same amenities, with a better management company that cares. When I received my unit, it was dirty, and several items and appliances were broken. The first week there, I had so many maintenance requests, not cool for a "luxury stablishment." I am leaving this apartment in a better condition than when I got it, for sure.
