Michael Singer Real Estate

I lived at The Claremont for 6 years and loved all of them. It's in a great location - close to grocery stores, hospitals, public transit, and parks. The only issues I've had are the building fire alarm going off randomly and the occasional stolen package. However, every time I have contacted Tiffany or maintenance, they were always prompt in their response. They had someone check/fix the alarm and installed cameras in the mailroom within a couple days. I would recommend Michael Singer Real Estate to everyone :)

Andrew paisley was horrendous to work with. We had a break in where a man was standing in my living room threatening to kill me. In the police report it stated that the front door did not work properly. During the whole lease they never fixed it. I lived with anxiety of another break in my whole lease. Andrew never responded to emails or phone calls. I lived two blocks from Michael singers office . My family drove three hours to talk to him because he wouldnt call anyone back. He is immature and stood there with no excuses . He is never in office when you do show up. He must be someone child or have some privilege there because it makes no sense why they would hire a immature, irresponsible child like him. I had more productive conversations with 18 year old manager at McDonalds .run from these people. Michaels singer cant handle the volume of properties they own thats why they are run down and you can hear through the walls. I suggest waiting it out and finding a small company with fewer properties. They tend to care more.
