Somerton Court Apartments

Horrible management that never fixes any of your maintenance requests, unclean buildings that they do NOT tend to (ex. frequent roach infestations), and a management team that only cares about collecting your check. This complex has had this reputation for over a decade. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

This place absolutely sucks, their payment portal doesnt work the vast majority of the time, their after hours answering service is absolutely useless we cant answer that question, would you like to leave message? always their response - every time Ive left a message there is never a call back/problem solved, their office hours are limited and you might not even get a response from that, its very dirty outside of the apartments, the parking lot is full of holes, the hallways smell like trash, the interior is extremely outdated, the plumbing constantly backs up Dont move here unless you have no other option.

They are so rude and not professional. They have a listing on Zillow. I called to ask a question she cut me off and dis not give me a chance to ask anything. If you are not ready to answer people questions to list your apartments to the public. Thanks
