Ive lived here for 4 years now and everything about this building is just declining. The front desk staff is probably the only nice people working in the building. The rest of management is questionable. Each time you speak to someone its a different excuse- were turning over to new management, our maintenance team is undergoing changes, were working on modernizing the elevators or some reason of why the fire alarm got set off.
My kitchen sink and dishwasher were backed up and leaking onto the ground one evening and its into the next day and it is still not resolved. They keep telling me management has left for the day when they had almost 24 hours and the entire work day to fix it and havent. I marked it as urgent and still hasnt been taken care of. I called twice and one time I was told the maintenance requests were backed up due to the fire alarm going off the previous day and the 2nd time I was told it hasnt been taken care of because the maintenance staff is going through changes.
Elevators will be constantly down and not working with long wait times.
The fire alarms go off almost every week as the rest of the reviews say.
I also reserved AND signed a contract for 2 guest suites in the building and the management office tells me weeks later that its no longer available. Very disorganized and terrible service.

3/10: Management has really improved their responsiveness and transparency regarding new initiatives. They have been very helpful with quickly resolving problems. The concierge team continues to be incredibly helpful and friendly.
11/5: Management has also now refused to accept calls - there is no option to contact management in real time. There is only an option to leave a message. They also do not answer emails at all, let alone in a timely manner as they said they would.
10/12: Management has made itself appointment only and not available to residents for walk in at the on-site office. This is the most absurd policy Ive ever heard of.
8/16: Updating review and star rating since all elevators have been functioning well since 8/9 without breakdowns.
8/5: Only 1 elevator out of 4 is working in the building for 600+ residents. The lines are out of the door and around the block to get into the apartment. Management keeps extending the date for repair of this building by a week. Its crazy that someone has to wait >10 minutes for an elevator.

Shanay Harvey was the best leasing consultant . She was so responsive and helping during the whole process. She gave us a ton of information before our tour, showed up to our tour with everything printed out for us, and then was extremely responsive after we submitted our application on the status and any questionsI had. She was an amazing help all the way up to our move in date and the first we of living here. She truly helped us find the best apartment for us. 5 stars for Shanay!

Heed the warnings about the fire alarms. They are frequent, over 90 decibels, and extremely disruptive. I want to emphasize the alarms have gone off 3 times from 2-4 AM. It cannot be safe to have constant false alarms going off, people have stopped listening to them. There is no solution in sight. The ceiling leaks too during heavy rain and wind and is not addressed.
Edit: Today our unit is catastrophically leaking rain. It has soaked the entire room with no sign of stopping. the bedroom is unusable. Please take a look at the photos. The source of the leaking cannot be fixed.
Edit: 95 decibel alarm going off at 6:30 AM. False alarm went off two days ago. If you dont mind your sleep and day being interrupted by alarms every week and your belongings soaked with rain come live here :)
