Ever since the new management took over it's getting progressively worst. I loved the building when I moved there in 2016. It was spotless and well maintained. Washers and dryers are constantly broken, building, elevators, washing machines and laundry rooms are filthy. Management basically refuse to fix anything in the apartments, conveniently blaming it on Covid. Friendly security guard we used to have in the building is gone. There is no-one there to accept the packages. FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other carriers deliver packages (for all Revere surrounding properties!) to the Tower and dump them in this one room, where residents search for it.

The location is good as far as proximity to the turnpike, 95 and center city. I always thought maintenance did a good job. Office staff was good. I never had a bug issue but when it gets cold out I would get a few mice. Most I trapped was two one year and that was it. The walls are thick and I never had a noise complaint. You can't hear the people bordering your apartment which is nice. The new ownership dropped the ball when they got rid of 24 hour doormen. Mail room was broken into as well as the vending machines. My real complaint was the washers and dryers. They SUCK!!

Truly disappointed in the decline of property management and customer at The Towers. We loved this building when we moved in 3 years ago. After sale and new mgmt, building and grounds are filthy; elevators and plumbing are constantly down for maintenance; security staff (one of the biggest selling points for me) has been eliminated; package service (sorting and secure holding) has been eliminated. Basically, we pay the same high rents but have had most of the amenities removed. Look elsewhere- this place isn't worth it!

Pros: Clean Safe environment (You can't get up the elevator unless you have resident key fob.) Friendly neighbors Quiet community Balconies Cons: Dryers break constantly. Lifeguards don't take cash for the pool. If you want a day pass it's a very complicated process via check or online portal where you risk a recurring charge. AKA you are being nudged to pay lots of money for the season pass because it's easier.

New ownership is disgraceful. All efforts of management and maintenance are on curb appeal rather than residents. Constantly broken laundry facilities, ignored maintenance tickets, discontinued security and package service, front doors erratically locked or unlocked, elevators constantly malfunctioning, and as far as I hear from residents of the Revere's other properties this is the best maintained building. Long term tenants are disappearing as fast as they can, not that ownership minds since they'll raise the price on the promise of amenities they will not deliver. This place is a horror show.
