The apartments are fine, if you can deal with the never-ending maintenance issues and stench of garbage in the lobby. We have been waiting for repairs in our apartment to be done since 2019 (well before COVID began, but that’s fine because they’ll be back “tomorrowâ€). The roof deck has been closed for over a year and is literally collapsed (L&I is operating and issuing permits). If you want to live somewhere where nothing gets done, live here.

Just moved here during a very unusal time, however, Samantha Jablon has made the experience of viewing the apartment, applying, and moving in much less stressful. She was prompt in answering any questions my fiance and I had and was easy to contact. Definitely recommend working with her if you get the option.

Favorite building in Old City. Industrial style apartments featuring partially exposed-brick walls, breathtakingly high ceilings, big windows, exposed duct and pipe work, and new plank wood flooring in select apartments. Plus the building itself has a roof deck with a spectacular view of the Ben Franklin Bridge and the Philly skyline.
