I came over here visiting one day and my friend once told me that if I ever came here, you have to scream SendersK and I did and masked men came around and picked me up and gave me cookies and some money and that day, I made some nice friends!

I lived in this building for 3 years, I was originally drawn to living here because of the beautiful old church features, the vaulted ceilings, church columns, and arched windows in conjunction with the modern features, appliances, and parking availability. It is an aesthetically beautiful apartment. I loved my time living here. As other reviews say, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. I noticed this upon moving in and talked to the landlord about options to improve it -- they bought me a white noise machine, which I appreciated. There aren't a lot of other solutions to thin walls once the building is already done. The location is great, it is across the street from a park, and there are tons or great local businesses. Managements has always been responsive and helpful with any issues I have. Dave is a cool guy and always works with you to find a solution. Maintenance is helpful and kind, make sure to detail any requests so they have the right tools on them to help you, they aren't on site so they need the heads up. Seriously any issue I've had they've provided a solution for, you just have to let them know and it always gets resolved if you speak up. Pros: * Beautiful (seriously so fun for someone who loves interior design) * Great location * Responsive management * Parking * Washer/Dryers * Clean, well lit hallways Cons: * Not handicapped accessible *Thin Walls *Door Security issues * Poor mail and delivery management

Im a resident at Steepl Lofts this place is truly. Amazing I have no problems. Whatsoever. And if I do have any small problem within. No time maintenance is on their job . But I rarely. Need to call them. This place is a wonderful place to live. Neighborhood is amazing . I truly recommend it.

As one of the first 10 to look at the building and I would like to say that Greenzang has always been accountable for any repairs when needed fixing. My first summer here the Air Condition Unit needed work, and the crew was here that Monday fixing my air condition unit. The only noise I hear are from the neighbors above me, but that is rare. Greenzang Management has worked around my schedule for items such as needing to inspect the property, as I have to be in the office. Great walk to the city! The neighborhood has it little hangouts as well and easily can get back and forth when I want to walk.
