Went to return some uggs, hoping to maybe try on a different style. Walked up at 735pm to a closed gate and employees mopping. Asked them if they could do the return and they said no, can't help now. They sent us to Journeys Kids saying they'd be able to help. Went to journeys kids and of course they couldn't accept the return of an adult shoe. Close the store when you say the store will be closed.

They allowed my daughter to exchange my son's school sneakers for the correct size even though she purchased them online.

They do not have a variety of shoe sizes.

If I could leave 0 star I would. I had a nasty experience I needed a toddler dr marten shoe for my granddaughter and myself the workers was so nasty no hello or how can I help you the manager by the name of Josh was even worst he was more interested in helping other people I lets just say they have 0 patience for the elderly. Fortunately another customer told me about the kids version of the store that was down the hall so I left. The kidz store was super friendly I felt very welcomed, I was able to get my granddaughter sized and Lauren the co manager was able to place an order for my size without me having to return back to the other store. I was able to use my military discount and my granddaughter got candy overall I was super please and management was very patient with me because I am an old man and I was not rush to make a purchase, I am a happy camper.

Wow. The service I received today was beyond unsatisfactory. I was verbally attacked, discriminated against based up my race and disability; the shift manager was on her personal phone and threatened that her friend whom she was talking to was coming to the store to handle me insinuating physical force with a gun involved as she took pictures of myself and children. Lauren, the shift manager, not only ruined my shopping experience at Journeys Kids but she also chastised my children and I by mimicking my disability during my store visit and every time I walked passed the store even in front of the store manager Bianca. Embarrassed & belittled is just the tip of the Iceberg of how Im feeling; I just hope that the young lady gets passed whatever personal issues she has going on but in the meantime get out of the customer service industry as no one deserves to be treated the way I was treated today in front of my children.
