        Great customer service. I got a pair on sunglasses shipped to store that came slightly damaged and they replaced them quickly and kept me notified the entire time.

        I made a purchase and it was a comment that was made as I walked away from the counter that didnt sit right with me Its your own people(some) thats unprofessional and only care about a sale I asked the guy could I get his info so I can continue doing business through him never did get it. Please read the Reciept NO REFUND!!! My first and last time shopping at Balenciaga
