This store needs a better manager the guy there is rude and doesnt care about his staff. He called 3 young men to the back, literally yelled their names throughout the store. While in the back you could hear him cursing them out which is very unprofessional. The one young man was in the middle of restocking the shoes and the other two guys were staring to clean up the store. If those young man leave I dont blame them. Dan or whatever his name is doesnt need to be in a manager position at all. If you want youre store to thrive and for youre workers to give their best they should be treated way better. I even heard him threatening their jobs, better leadership is needed.

Visit this location recently and this is the worst location I ever been to the store is unorganized the staff barely helps you or even wanna do they job me and family listen to the way the store manager who name I believe is Dan when I asked a young lady there talks to his staff horrible he is very unprofessional and rude I dont even know how this company still allows him to have a job with the way he treats people and runs a store they need to fire him I wouldnt recommend anyone shopping at this location specially if he still the manager

I have come into this store many times and had always had a good experience. Today I was at the store shopping for a pair of boots and over heard a commotion going on between an employee and a couple of customers. What I saw was an employee being very disrespectful and loud to customers for no reason. The store manger, Dan, had to get involved and politely take care of the situation. Even after the situation was taken care of the employee still had a chip on her shoulder and continued to be rude to customers around her and even to Dan.
I have been to this store recently twice, once in Dec and the other time was today, and I gotta say Dan was a great help and so sweet to look every where for a pair shoes I wanted in my size. He's just so ready to help at a drop of a hat.

Rude employees and nasty little gremlin of a manager. Watched condescending and unprofessional interactions with customers and amongst themselves. Caught the male manager several times at the food court being an absolute Karen to the food workers because his food is taking a little too long.
Go elsewhere, they don't deserve your business.
