        I went on the last few days of the end of the year where the customers are huge in number. However, the staff was extremely on their toes, ready to help and over all smart. Extremely friendly

        This is probably one of the worst footlockers I have dealt with. I have been calling this store since 10 oclock this morning 1/13/24. It is almost the end of the day and no one still has answered my call. The live chat is not helpful at all. This business is the worst. Cant even let the customers know representatives are busy and will be with you momentarily but no why do such a thing. Footlocker has given me the worst customer service experience and for that I will never be shopping footlocker again. I will go somewhere else and give them my money instead of the incompetent business.
