Unfriendly staff who didnt acknowledge my existence but welcomed other shoppers with a bright hello. After browsing five minutes, I went to Nordstrom instead.

My first visit to this store was very disappointing. I went in prepared to buy several pairs of shoes. My feet were scanned and I was told was that I have a neutral arch. But the foot issues I do have (bunions, Metatarsalgia) were not addressed by the shoes I was offered. The Abeo line seems cheaply made and were uncomfortable. I ended up having to find my own shoes with metatarsal support. I expected better customer service and trained salespeople and got neither.
