Zero. Went to this hotel under a Groupon deal. Tried to check in, and they couldn't find my reservation. After some back and forth, I realized I had accidentally booked for April and not March. The desk clerk who was trying to be helpful had called the manager. The manager over the phone after hearing that I booked for April immediately responded, "You made the F'n mistake." No attempt to help or offer a room. It was one of the worst experiences in the hospitality industry I have ever had.

Attempted to stay at this hotel over the weekend and it was a disaster. Checked in and IMMEDIATELY checked out. Pulled the sheets back and noticed nail clippings in the bed, under the blanket!!! Also noticed a whole on the wall which revealed that the carpet was not attached to the wall. I have never seen anything like this before at a hotel. When I went downstairs to check out, Junior was very helpful; however Lawrence Wright, the manager at the location was rude and passive not only to myself but also to the employees working that evening. I explained the situation to Junior and he immediately apologized for the inconvenience and began presenting solutions. Lawrence came out from the back at the request from Junior and didn't even acknowledge myself or my fiance at the counter and went up to the room. Upon his return, he asked us (rudely might I add) what happened. Glad I took pictures as evidence to show Lawrence; however, he didn't apologize or even acknowledge the issue. We were told the money would be returned to the card within 5-7 days but he was unable to provide us with proof of the return. Luckily king of Prussia has a ton of hotels & we were able to find another hotel at 11pm.
