Property is not safe, do not recommend staying here. Safety: Stalking and harassment occur regularly in this property's parking lot. Local police department has not made an effort to end the behavior.

Attending a conference, very attentive staff, decent lunch meal, the bathrooms could have used more frequent attention.

The staff, rooms and service is nice. They have a serious water temperature issue in some of the rooms. The staff tried to address the issue, which is good. They were nice but the ice cold water is a problem.

I had a terrible experience with the banquet manager Jose Vazquez. He was rude, arrogant , very disrespectful and I felt racism. The incident happened when I was taking my puppy out for a walk, where he happened to pee on the way in the carpet. It was an accident by my pet and he came in towards us. I apologized to him about the small accident that my puppy did and I offered to clean. Jose, without even checking the fees on pet accident, threatened me that we may up charge you $500- $1,000 dollars for the dog pee. (It was actually $50 for that small clean up). He tried to fraud us saying it can be $1000. When he asked my room number (which I happen to forget and was calling my husband to ask the room number) - he said that Im pretty sure you know your room number and threatened that Im lying about forgetting my room number. I again apologized thinking why would I be charged for $1000 for clean up of a dog pee. He said the exact words Would you hit me by a car and apologize for the accident that you make and compared the dog pee with the accident of a car. This man Jose was the most disrespectful person Ive come across. The other staff around was very helpful and told me dont worry its just a dog pee, well clean it up. But this guy Jose was very very rude towards me and the way he spoke about my puppy. I never had an issue with Sheraton before and I hope this review is taken seriously and I wish no customer with pets experience this kind of treatment from the staff.
