Update: Thankfully the poor experience below was only one time. I've updated my star rating to a more fair average of my experience.
The only reason I'm not rating this one star is due to positive past experiences. This was definitely a one-star visit. I'm an unlimited sips member, and since there was only one person at the registers, I ordered at the kiosk. Big mistake. I ordered 2 sliced cinnamon crunch bagels with cream cheese. At most 30 seconds to slice and dump on a plate. I got my self serve drink and waited. And waited. After 15 minutes I went up - they hadn't even noticed my order. They said they'd get right to it. I went back to my seat and kept an eye on the order counter. Nothing. Loads of other people were getting their orders in a timely fashion. Finally, after ANOTHER 15 minute wait, I went back up. What looked like my order was sitting next to the register. No one called my name. No one texted my number that I'd provided at the kiosk. It took another 2 minutes to get someone's attention to ask if that was my order and I could take it. And then the bottom of BOTH of my bagels were coated with everything bagel toppings, so they tasted awful. I wiped them off with a napkin and still tasted the savory ruining my sweet. Canceling my membership due to this awful experience.

Don't put in a rapid order around opening time because location rarely unlocks doors at listed time.

Gave me wrong sandwich,broccoli n cheese soup wasn't think n creamy was watered down Big Disappointment! Person I was with got a wrap 2 diet ice teas all for the whopping price of $40.00!! Kinda rediculous for what we had doubt if we go back
Parking: Tight fit with other businesses
Wheelchair accessibility: Would be hard

I wish there were more of these, at least one closer to the smaller towns in Western PA. The food is great, definitely feel like I'm getting quality when I stop to eat here. It's a little on the spendy side, but for a place I can go to every once in awhile, it's nice. I just wish Panera would pay their employees more so that the tipping could be eliminated.
